The origin

Why We Created This Series

Breast Cancer Kitchen™ began during Sarah Glynn's own breast cancer treatment.

As a lifelong health educator, publisher, and wellness advocate, Sarah spent months researching nutrition, tracking symptoms, testing meals, and documenting what actually helped her body tolerate treatment. Working alongside chef Kimberly Homer, she translated those lessons into practical, repeatable meal plans and recipes designed specifically for women navigating cancer treatment.

The result is not a traditional cancer cookbook.

It is a treatment-specific nutrition guide built around real-world experience, emerging science, and the daily realities of cancer care.

A living series

Designed to Evolve

Cancer care evolves.

Science advances.

Your body changes.

The Breast Cancer Kitchen™ Series is designed to evolve alongside modern oncology—adapting to new therapies, new evidence, and the lived experiences of women moving through treatment today.

This isn't about rigid food rules. It's about practical structure during a season that often feels unpredictable.

One phase. One cycle. One edition at a time.
